Our Curriculums
Learning Tree Academy takes a comprehensive approach to nurturing children. While our academic programs nurture young minds and foster creativity, our daily schedule for each age group is designed to also help children to grow and develop socially and physically. The 3-year-old curriculum is presented as a half-day program throughout the year, while the four-year-old program engages in full-day activities during the fall, winter, and spring quarters and half-day activities in the summer months. Both the three- and four-year-old programs provide detailed, prewritten lesson plans with defined skills in scope and sequence. Children experience large and small group situations along with individual assistance while exploring the areas of language, math, science, culture, music, and art.

Serving the Manassas, Virginia, area, we offer excellent programs designed specifically for children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our friendly, well-trained and compassionate team has been carefully selected based on their dedication to nurturing and motivating each child as an individual as well as on their experience and training.
There are many childcare and daycare facilities that you can choose in the local area, but we strive to offer a superior experience for children and to give your children the best start in life. Each of our developmental programs is age-appropriate and has been carefully designed based on accepted research in early childhood education. The programs are focused on education through play-based activities, and this encourages children to develop a lifelong love of learning while also preparing them for things to come throughout their grade school years and beyond. While our highly trained teachers strive to motivate and educate children from an academic standpoint, our programs are designed to promote well-rounded individuals and include social development components as well. The theme-based curriculum includes various components that encourage children to learn to work together and help them to learn important social skills that can be beneficial throughout life.
